Land – Price: $650-800/Acre – to develop for crops and teach agriculture 2. Chicken coop – Price $3000 – provides food and a source of revenue 3. Piggery – Price $7500 – provides food and a source of revenue 4. Oxen – Price $450 each – enables for rapid land preparation and a source of revenue
